(Appleton, Wis., January 9, 2016) Appvion, Inc. announced that its line of Triumph® High-Speed Inkjet Papers is now qualified on Ricoh’s Pro VC60000 Press.

“Advancements in press technology combined with the increased speed, print quality, customization and variable data capabilities of high-speed inkjet technology have made inkjet one of the fastest growing segments of the printing industry,” said Jeff Luehring, Appvion’s business team leader for security and inkjet products. “We designed our portfolio of Triumph High-Speed Inkjet Papers with the precision and versatility to keep pace with the advancing capabilities of high-performance presses like the Ricoh Pro VC60000 that deliver 1200 x 1200 resolution at speeds of up to 164 feet/minute.”

Luehring added that while all Triumph High-Speed Inkjet Papers deliver vibrant color reproduction, uniform print density, and sharp lines and even solids when matched with the Ricoh Pro VC60000, the performance of Triumph Coated Ultra Brite-Matte on the Pro VC60000 is exceptional.

Appvion continues to engineer products for improved productivity with roll-fed and sheet-fed high-speed inkjet presses. In addition to Ricoh, Triumph High-Speed Inkjet Papers are qualified on presses from Canon, HP, Kodak, Pitney Bowes, Screen and other original equipment manufacturers.
